Decentraland is a blockchain network based on Ethereum that allows users to buy, construct, and monetise virtual reality apps. It was founded in 2016 and allows users to buy virtual land in a 3D world using the native currency MANA. Owners of LAND can freely develop art, games, and programmes and earn money from them.
