The development has obtained a construction accord worth Rs 510 crore for BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd. With developments on the fast-expanding corridor of Dwarka Expressway, the project received RERA clearance in March 2025.
The first phase of the development, which has a total footprint area of approximately 11 acres, will include 345 units. The dwellings are constructed in 3- or 4-bedroom configurations with open plans, private lift access, spacious balconies, and 3.65-meter high ceilings.
