Adani Total Gas Ltd. reported double-digit profit growth for the December 2025 quarter. The company posted an 11% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit.

Adani Total Gas's Q3 results showed a net profit of ₹158.65 crore. Profit stood at ₹142.38 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Adani Total Gas said profit grew 11% year-on-year in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-26 (FY26). The company reported consolidated net profit of ₹158.65 crore for the quarter ended December 2025.

However, profit fell sequentially. Net profit declined to ₹158.65 crore from ₹163.49 crore in the September 2025 quarter.

Meanwhile, the company disclosed its nine-month performance for FY26. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹487 crore for the first three quarters.

Still, the nine-month profit dipped year-on-year. Net profit was ₹499 crore in the first three quarters of FY25, implying a 2.4% decline.

Revenue rises 17% to ₹1,639 crore; EBITDA up 15% YoY in Q3 FY26

Revenue from operations rose 17% year-on-year in the quarter. Adani Total Gas reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,639.22 crore, versus ₹1,400.88 crore a year earlier.

In addition, revenue increased quarter-on-quarter. The company reported ₹1,576.38 crore in revenue in Q2 FY26, implying 4% growth.

Furthermore, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) climbed 15% year-on-year. EBITDA rose to ₹313 crore from ₹272 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Consequently, the company’s nine-month revenue also expanded. Revenue from operations totaled ₹4,713 crore in the first three quarters of FY26, versus ₹3,958 crore in the same FY25 period.

CNG and PNG volumes rise; EV charging footprint nears 5,000 points

Operationally, Adani Total Gas reported a volume increase on a standalone basis. Combined compressed natural gas (CNG) and piped natural gas (PNG) volume rose 12% year-on-year to 289 million standard cubic meters (MMSCM).

The company added 18 new CNG stations during the quarter. Total CNG stations reached 680, the company said.

Moreover, PNG home connections increased to 10.5 lakh. The company added 34,210 new households during the quarter.

Adani Total Gas also expanded industrial and commercial connections. It reported 9,751 such connections, after adding 148 new customers.

In addition, the company said it completed about 14,862 inch-kilometers of steel pipeline network. It also reported 4,908 installed electric vehicle (EV) charge points across 26 states and union territories (UTs) and 226 cities, with a total installed capacity of about 51 megawatts (MW).

The company cited sourcing and regulatory factors in its commentary. Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Suresh P. Manglani said the company managed supply despite lower Administered Price Mechanism (APM) gas availability and higher Henry Hub-linked regasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) prices, while noting supportive regulatory changes on gas taxation outside Gujarat and a simplified zonal transmission tariff.
